Participant registration and timing

 

The collection and management of participant data is done by Ovento GmbH, Pontresina and is based on their data protection regulations. The competition regulations are accepted with the registration. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when you register.

 

The registration is final

 

A route change to a shorter distance is possible until July 12, 2023 and only in exceptional cases. Any entry fee difference will not be reimbursed. A starting place change to another person is also possible until July 12, 2023. A fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged to the new runner for a transfer. Starting numbers will be allocated in the first week of July.

 

Cancellation of registration

 

In the event of cancellation of their registration, the participant has no right to a refund, regardless of the reason.

 

Cancellation / change / termination

 

If the race is canceled by the organizer for reasons other than security or force majeure, part of the registration fee will be refunded to the participant.
It should be noted that in the event of a change or interruption of the route for safety reasons (especially in bad weather conditions) or due to force majeure, no refund will be given.

 

Physical condition

 

A very good physical condition and experience in trail running is a prerequisite for mastering the EUT 102, EUT53, ET23 and ET16 routes. In addition, every participant must be able to complete the routes in accordance with the ethics of trail running in partial autonomy. The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation.

 

Insurance

 

Optionally, insurance can be taken out when registering online, in which case the registration fee is reimbursed in the event of a legal withdrawal from participation.

 

The competition regulations are accepted with the registration. We reserve the right to make changes. Changes are communicated early on. The German competition regulations are authoritative. Furthermore, the data protection regulations of our data processor apply.
