Switzerland's first trail running course in La Punt

On a 1km loop, the skills important for trail running, such as balance, speed and coordination, can be trained.

The course is suitable for trail running beginners but also trail running professionals. A QR code can be scanned at 8 points, which presents you with the appropriate exercise video.

By completing the various points, you train running on different surfaces, improving your sure-footedness and balance as the basis for an optimal running technique.

The course is the ideal preparation for the Engadin Ultra Trail and your other trail challenges.
